Security officers are employed to make sure of the safety, they are given rigorous training so that they can best cater to their responsibilities.
• Our company strictly follows the general requirement procedure (based on international standards) and strict interviewing procedures to recruit one of the best and most efficient personnel in the industry.
• The standards are based on age, height, eyesight, physique, education, criminalhistory and experience.
• A candidate has to fully comply with strict parameters. Once they get through this, they are qualified for induction.
• After induction each security guard has to undergo rigorous training, which can be categorized into Basic and On The Job.
• In the Basic training, the security officers are made familiar with their service conditions, uniforms & equipment. This is followed by brief introduction about the code of conduct to be followed by each of them.
• Other aspects in a basic training include:
Drill movements,
Fire fighting & first aid methods
Basic telephone duties & mannerism
Personal hygiene and essential house keeping duties and much more.
• Where as in the ON THE JOB training, there is a session of about 30-40 minutes in a week to make them aware of Job responsibilities at respective site.
• Both BASIC & ON THE JOB training given by our company is one of the best in the industry.
• For proper check on the security guards, field officers/supervisors visit the site twice a day, manager inspects once every alternate day and senior staff does inspection weekly. Surprise checks are also done and strict action is taken against any inappropriate behavior.
